This policy explains what data we collect through racooncleaning.ro, for what purposes we use it, and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact or quote-request form we may collect: name, phone number, town or area, requested service, message and any other information you choose to provide.

The website may process minimal technical data needed for operation, such as the cookie-consent preference. Analytics data may be processed only after explicit consent.

3. How data is transmitted through the form

The form does not send data to our own database and does not store the information on the website server. On submission, the user opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message based on the entered information.

Data is sent to Racoon Cleaning SRL through WhatsApp only if the user confirms sending the message in the WhatsApp application. WhatsApp use is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. Purposes of processing

We process data to respond to quote requests, discuss job details, schedule a visit or intervention, and communicate information related to the requested services.

We may also use data for client relationship management, administrative records and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Legal basis

Processing of form data is based on pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

For administrative communications and protection of legitimate business interests, the legal basis may be legitimate interest. For analytics cookies, the legal basis is consent. For tax or legal obligations, the legal basis is legal obligation.

6. Recipients and processors

Data may be accessed by Racoon Cleaning SRL staff handling requests and by service providers used for communication or website operation, only to the necessary extent.

Data sent for quote requests is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and business relationship, and afterwards according to legal obligations or legitimate interests in defending rights.

Data that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymised, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability where applicable, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
